A consultancy to develop regional profiles for each of Namibia's Regional Councils on development opportunities

  

The French support to the Namibian decentralization process in collaboration with the Ministry of Regional Local Government and Housing and Rural Development (MRLGHRD), initiated a project to develop regional profiles for each of Namibia’s Regional Councils as promotional materials.

Country case study: Namibia Mainstreaming Environment with particular focus on drylands issues into Development Frameworks. Commissioned study. UNDP DDC, Nairobi, Kenya

  

The UNDP Drylands Development Centre, situated in Nairobi, Kenya, commissioned 20 country case studies with the aim of compiling an international set of guidelines on mainstreaming environment and drylands concerns into development planning. Namibia was chosen as one of these 20 countries, amongst other because of the country’s track record of environmental management and drylands issues.
